Hi Panelists! Will the walkway between the Grand Floridian and Magic Kingdom be open at the conclusion of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party to walk back to the resort? Thanks!

    Hello Melissa!

I love the walkway between Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and the Magic Kingdom Park! I had a chance to walk it in the daytime on my June Walt Disney World vacation, which took me about 13-15 minutes at a medium pace. I even took a video of my walk and saw Monorails passing overhead and boats on the Seven Seas Lagoon.

The concrete pathway is lighted at night so that it will be well illuminated on your journey back to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa after Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. There are no gates on the walkway at either end, so the walkway is open 24 hours. The Magic Kingdom Park entrance to this walkway is by the Polynesian and Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Boat Launch to the right of the Resort Monorail entrance.

I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is magical!
