Hi Karen! Unfortunately those two restaurants are not participating dining locations. According to the Basic 2011 Disney Dining Plan brochure, these are the restaurants in the Downtown Disney Area accepting the plan: Cookes of Dublin (L,D); Earl of Sandwich (B,L,D); FoodQuest (L,D); Pollo Campero / Fresh A-Peel (B,L,D); Wolfgang Puck® Express (L,D); Cap’n Jack’s Restaurant (L,D); Planet Hollywood® (L,D); Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant (L,D); and Wolfgang Puck® Cafe (first floor only) (L,D). A list of participating restaurants on the Quick, Deluxe, Platinum, and Premium Plans can be found in PDF file format on this page. If you decide to replace your already existing Advanced Dining Reservations, be sure to call (407) WDW-DINE or book online here. Please let me know if I may be able to assist you any further.
