Hi Mom's Panel, I have booked Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa for 5 people in October 2015. However, was wondering if it is possible to change resorts as my first choice was the Grand Floridian? Also is it possible to book 2 rooms under one boo

    Hi June,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a lovely setting, but I can certainly understand why you are considering switching to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  The Victorian elegance and proximity to Magic Kingdom make Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa a great choice.

The good news for you is that you can do both of the things that you are considering.  If you have changed your mind about where you want to stay, you can change your reservation if there is availability at the resort to which you wish to move.  You can also book two rooms or villas on one reservation, as long as you have different guests in each and there is an adult in each.

If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can make these changes by calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  If you are not a Disney Vacation Club member, you can either contact your travel agent with whom you booked your trip, or you can call Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY (407) 934-7639.

Please do let us know if you have any further questions, June!
