Hi Panel! Visiting WDW for the 1st time 10/3-10/9 & would like to do Chip n Dale campfire & hayride @ Ft. Wilderness. Staying @ POP how would we travel there & back & what are the times of the campfire, movie & hayride? Thanks so much,

    Tonya:

The best way to get to Chip 'n' Dale's campfire sing-along is to take the bus from Pop Century resort to the Magic Kingdom and then the boat launch to the fort.  Once you arrive at the pier, you can either walk the 10- to 15-minute walk to the ampitheatre behind the Meadow Trading Post or you can take the internal bus near Pioneer Hall.  The fire pots are lit around 7:30 and the sing-along begins at 8:00.  The movie starts around 8:45 p.m.

Usually the wagon rides run at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on most nights without a reservation.  However, last year, they were discontinued during the month of October while the fort offered a Haunted Carriage Ride.  You may want to call 407-824-2832 during regular business hours to see if this is true again for this year, and to make the required reservations.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
