Hiya Arnel, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Ahhh, the thought of relaxing with a refreshing treat during your visit next May is so wonderful. I'm picturing Walt Disney World in all its spring beauty and feeling nice warm vibes!
First things first: because your visit is still many months away, please remember that menus can change. New items could be added, and some others might go into the Disney vault. When I'm counting down, I like to read the
Disney Parks Blog so I can dream and plan…and keep a list of the treats I want to taste!
When you're closer to your visit, I recommend calling (407) WDW-DINE. They can help you note on any Table-Service reservations that you will need sugar-free desserts (I've seen several on menus), and may also be able to help you locate sugar-free treats at Quick-Service locations. There's also a
Special Diets web page that might be helpful to you.
The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in Magic Kingdom Park offers a No Sugar Added Butter Pecan Ice Cream that gets rave reviews, and they may offer additional flavors. At Pinocchio Village Haus, there is a No Sugar Added Lemon Sorbet. Hollywood Scoops at Disney's Hollywood Studios has a No Sugar Added Vanilla, as does Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop in Disney Springs (they also have a nice selection of sugar-free syrups for coffee drinks).
The
Florida Snow Company shaved ice cart in Disney Springs changes their options all the time, but you could pop by and see what's available during your visit.
I hope you stay cool, enjoy some tasty treats, and have the best time on your visit, Arnel!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
