Hi panel, we are visiting May 2013 and the DDP as it was included in our package. It includes 1 table service and 1 quick service meal a day. We mostly use quick service, will we be able to substitute a table service meal for a quick service on some days?

    Hi, Jess!

If you've never used the Disney Dining Plan, you are going to be thrilled with how much you get for your dining dollar! We love it!

Guests on the Disney Dining Plan may use a Table-Service entitlement for a Quick-Service meal, but not the other way around. However, once you realize how much more you can get for that dollar by enjoying your TS entitlement at a TS restaurant, you might want to reconsider.

There is so much to enjoy while sitting down for an hour at a Walt Disney World TS restaurant. The more relaxed pace, getting out of the sun and into the air conditioning, enjoying good conversation as well as really spectacular food may become part of what you love about vacationing in WDW; I know it has for may family!

Take a look at some menus (and prices!) of participating WDW TS restaurants, and you may decide that it's worth it for you to enjoy your TS entitlements at TS locations. Either check out the menus that are available on Walt Disney World's website, or head over the unofficial allears.net, where  you'll be able to find fan-posted menus offerings and prices, a great indicator of where to get the biggest bang for your buck.

Have a great trip, Jess! Be sure to send more questions as you think of them, too. We love to help!
