Hi Tracie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and Thanks for your question.
Halloween is a fun time at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an amazing special event, a lot of fun for the all family. Trick-or-Treating at the Magic Kingdom Park during the party is something you will never forget.
Outside the party, options are limited and there is no trick-or-treating at other Disney Theme Parks. It is an exclusive activity during the party. At select Disney Resort Hotels you can find special themed activities on Halloween day. When you check-in at your hotel you can ask if they will be hosting any special Halloween activity during your stay.
Guests age 13 or under are allowed to wear costumes at Disney Theme Parks. For safety reasons, Disney have created new guidelines for wearing costumes at the parks. Following the new rules, masks can be worn, as long as they don’t cover the entire face and eyes are fully visible.
Hope this helps your planning. Come back to visit us again soon.
Have a spectacular day!
Gina V.
