Hi Moms Panel! We are visiting Coronado Springs Dec. 5 - Dec. 11. We stayed last year at PO Riverside. I'm a little worried about CS being so big and it being a conference center. Any sug's??

I have some good news - would you believe that Coronado Springs is smaller? It has 1915 guest rooms while Port Orleans Riverside has 2048 rooms on the Riverside portion of the resort and 1008 rooms on the French Quarter portion. However, the layout of the resort is larger, so I understand your concern. I would encourage you to include a notation in your reservation about what you would like to be nearest to. If you'd like to be closest to the lobby to be near food/shopping, I'd request Cabanas 9B. If you'd like to be closest to the main pool, I'd request Cabanas 8A. You can also include this notation when you do the online check-in. And if you'd like to add another layer to your request, you can call the resort directly. Disney Mom Jodi explains how to do that here. The number for Coronado Springs is (407) 939-1000.
