Hello Panel! My DH and I both have two day tickets on a card that we did not use in Feb14 because we were annual pass holders then- we are not now- we are coming in Feb15- for 6 days- can we only upgrade those tickets from 2 day to 6 day when we get there?

    Hi Kelly!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a wonderful time planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

You are indeed able to upgrade most tickets as long as they have not been used or are within 14-days from the first use. There are however several different types of tickets and details surrounding which ones you may upgrade, so I would recommend calling Guest Relations at (407) 939-1289.  They should be able to verify which type of tickets you have to ensure you will have no problems upgrading them. Once at the Walt Disney World Resort, ticket upgrades may be made in person at the following locations:
    • Ticket windows at theme parks and water parks
    • Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels
    • Guest Relations at the Downtown Disney Area

I hope I have answered your question, but should you need any further assistance, please let us know. Have a wonderful vacation!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
