Hi panel we are thinking about going to WDW at the end of 2013 or beginning of 2014 and want to stay at a monorail resort and we want dining plan and park hopper and 7 days could u tell us the cheapest time and way to do this

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Haley!  You are on the right "track" for wanting to stay at a monorail resort.  They are my favorites!

Based on when you are wanting to travel, I would suggest planning your vacation anytime from the middle of November through the middle of December.  You'll definitely want to avoid the week of Thanksgiving, however.  The second week of January through the middle of February is also a great time to go for lower crowds.  Be sure to avoid President's Day weekend, as may people will travel do to the extra day(s) off from school or work.  Historically, Walt Disney World has offered discounted vacation packages during the off-season.   Keep in mind that packages are more discounted when you choose to stay longer.  That should work out well for you since you're planning for a weeklong vacation.

I would definitely encourage you to take a look at this information regarding Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Packages.  You will see sample pricing available for 2013, and that should help you immensely. You can also call (407) 939-7905 to speak with a live agent who can answer any specific questions about packages.

I hope this helps, and I wish you a magical vacation!
