Hi panel team In our DVC rooms, you get a standard coffee maker, can it be swapped to the k-cup style machines, that you get in the none DVC resort rooms. Thanks for your time.

    Hiya, Daniel!

Welcome back to planDisney.  As a fellow coffee lover, I know how important that first cup of morning magic can be, especially as you're headed out the door for early theme park entry as Disney Resort Hotel Guest.  Thankfully, coffee is never far away around Walt Disney World Resort –– from specialty 50th Anniversary concoctions to basic brew, you'll find plenty of options everywhere you turn (including your very own hotel room).  When it comes to in-room coffee, the style of coffeemaker you'll find in your room varies between Resorts and even between different room types. So, let's take a look at the different in-room coffee set-ups you might find during your upcoming stay at a Disney Vacation Club Resort.

Many of the rooms at Disney Vacation Club Resorts feature a traditional drip-style coffeemaker, perfect for sharing with a whole group.  In these rooms, you'll find an assortment of Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company self-contained filter packets, as well as a selection of creamers and sweeteners.  If you'd like to bring your favorite brand of coffee from home to enjoy during your stay, you'll need to provide standard, flat-bottomed coffee filters (these can also be found in the lobby shop at your DVC Resort).  In other rooms –– including many of the 3-Bedroom Grand Villas –– you'll find either a k-cup coffeemaker or a combination-style machine that can brew both a full pot of coffee and an individual k-cup.  Here, you'll find a selection of Joffrey's k-cup pods, creamers, and sweeteners (as well as the supplies to brew a full pot, if necessary).

If you need more coffee supplies throughout your stay, you can place a call to housekeeping to request more.  As for requesting a different style coffeemaker for your room, accommodating this may vary based on individual Resort availability and would be at the Resort's discretion –– remember, many Disney Vacation Club properties offer only one style of machine throughout the Resort.  I recommend placing a call to housekeeping once you arrive at your Resort to see what options are available to you during your visit.

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question, Daniel.  No matter how you brew it, I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort holiday is filled with caffeinated adventures from beginning to end!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Amy
