    Hi Moms Panel, we are staying @ the Poly 1st wk of Dec 12 but want an early Chef Mickey breakfast @ Contemp. I've read the monorail starts running 1 hr before parks open, do you know the estimated monorail travel time from Poly to Contemp? Thank you!

    Hi Jamie. The monorail will run in a clockwise loop so the Contemporary Resort will be the third stop from the Polynesian.  It will stop at the Grand Floridian and then the Magic Kingdom. This is about a 16 minute ride. Always give yourself enough time in case of some sort of mechanical issue on the monorail.  Once you arrive at the Contemporary you need to go to the elevators or the escalator off the lobby and head to the 4th floor. Chef Mickey will be visible and there are signs to help.
