    Hi Moms Panel! We're going to stay at Pop Century in November. Do we have control on the air conditioner? Is there a heating system in the rooms? I'm afraid to be cold during the night. Thanks in advance.

    Hey Valerie-

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love Disney’s Pop Century Resort and highly recommend a stay. When you walk into Classic Hall and see memorabilia from the 50s - 90s, you immediately relive childhood moments. We have visited three times and each time in different decade themed building. The kids enjoy running up and down the Yo-Yo and Rubik’s cube stairs.

    My kids favorite part of Disney’s Pop Century Resort is the three swimming pools. The Hippy Dippy pool is the main one with 60’s “Flower Power” theme. The computer and bowling pin pools are unique and more quite. Go pool hoping just for fun!

    Each room has it’s own climate control system. You may make it as hot or cold as you desire. Mousekeeping (Housekeeping) may change the temperature while you are away so check it when you return and reset the control as needed. As a tip you may leave a note for Mousekeeping to leave the thermostat at a certain temperature. We typically bring some tape and paper to leave notes for Mousekeeping. Just tap a note on the thermostat with your desired temperature. They respect our requests every time.
