Hello! Panel is sooo helpful. Q: With the MVMCP I don't understand the whole enter-at-4, party starts at 7 thing. Can ticket holders enter after 4? When is the cutoff for ticket holders to enter the MK? Can you please explain this whole thing to me? Thanks

    Hello Alyssa!

I hope that I can help to clear up any confusion!

Basically if you have a ticket to any of the hard ticket parties like the Not So Scary Halloween or Very Merry Christmas, you can use that party ticket to gain entrance to the Magic Kingdom starting at 4:00 pm. Even though the actual party events start at 7:00, you can enter early and use those extra three hours to have dinner or enjoy the attractions.

When it is about time for the party to start, guests who don't have tickets will have to leave the Magic Kingdom and the festivities will get underway. There is no cutoff time that you have to be there by - as long as you have a ticket, you can enter the park at any time after 4:00, even if the party is almost over. Of course, you will want to try to be there for the start of the party so that you can enjoy all of the special activities and get your money's worth out of your ticket!

In the past, my family has used party days as a sort of rest day. We sleep in a little later than usual and have a late breakfast. Then we either visit Downtown Disney or spend time swimming at our resort. Since we can enter the Magic Kingdom at 4:00, we usually don't use one of our park tickets that day.

The bottom line is that there is no set time that you must arrive at the park for the party. You can enter with your ticket anytime from 4:00 until the park closes.

I hope this helps! Have a great time at the party and enjoy your vacation!
