This Panel Rocks! My family of 5 is staying at the AK for 5 Days. We have a friend in the Orlando area that will be joining us throughout the week for our fun and festivities. Will she be able to hang with us at our Deluxe Resort during late/early hours?

Hi Brian, The Animal Kingdom Lodge is a beautiful Resort...great choice!  While your friend won't be able to spend the night without having her name added to the reservation (or if it puts you over the maximum capacity for the room), she is welcome to visit with you at your Resort. My Dad lives in Tampa and he often joins in on the fun during our vacations, visiting us at our Resort, enjoying dinners with us, etc. For security purposes, your friend will need to tell the Cast Member at the entrance gate to the Animal Kingdom Lodge that she is visiting you. Be sure to provide her with your room number in advance (they asked my Dad for it once). Having her meet you at your Resort in the morning will save having to meet up at the Park entrances, and you can all ride Disney transportation together (and visit even longer).

Disney World is the perfect place to bring friends and family together and I'm wishing you a Magical vacation!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel and be sure to come back with any other questions you may have,
