Hi Panel: When requesting Lake view at the Yacht Club Resort, what Room Number should I ask for? I really want full view not side view. Thanks for you help.

    Hi Marceline!

I just love Disney's Yacht Club Resort  and the surrounding Crescent Lake area.  It is a beautiful part of the Walt Disney World Resort and we love the added convenience of entering Epcot through the International Gateway or "back door."

Your room number request would be determined on which type of room view you selected when making your reservation and if there are any other room preferences you need like first floor, handicap accessible, etc. When making a specific room request I always encourage Guests to make their request based on the room characteristics they are looking for instead of just a certain room number. Disney room assignors seem to be able to grant room requests more often this way because they are able to place you in an available room depending on what you are looking for and not just searching for a specific number. It really opens up the possibilities. For specific rooms, I personally prefer a higher floor for more panoramic views and would suggest odd numbered rooms between 4057-4063  or 4201-4209 (Water View Rooms.)  These rooms should be directly facing the lake with full balconies.  Again, I would steer clear of room numbers and just give the cast members a description of what you are looking for in your request.

Have a wonderful trip and please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
