    Hi Panel! My question is: How would you recommend getting from the Poly to Hollywood Studios? Would I be able to take the mono to Epcott and then take a Ferry to HS?

    Hi Hether!

        I am so glad that you asked this question because I just love answering Disney Transportation questions.  There are so many forms of transportation in Walt Disney World! Some will get you there quicker than others and some provide a longer but scenic route.

        To get from the Polynesian Resort to Hollywood Studios the quickest, I would suggest that you take a Disney bus from the Polynesian directly to the Hollywood Studios. This trip is about 20-25 min and normally Disney Buses leave each Resort about every 20 min and travel directly to a specific Theme Park without any stops in between.

        Now if you have some time to spare, you could take a more scenic route. The first step is to get on the Resort Monorail at the Polynesian. At the Ticket and Transportation Center (the TTC) transfer to the Monorail going to Epcot (this portion of the trip is about 30 min).  Enter Epcot (you have to use a park ticket to do this but it will be ok if you have a Park Hopper Ticket) and walk through Futureworld (stay to the right) to the International Gateway which is between the countries of Great Britain and France (this is a solid 20-30 min of walking).  Then board the Friendship Boat which travels between Epcot and Hollywood Studios making three stops at Resorts along the way (this portion of the trip is about 50 -60 minutes).  So you are looking at about 2 hours of travel time to use this route and while it is very scenic it will take the longest time to arrive at your destination.
