    Hi Mom's Panel. My ? is I have pre ordered the photo pass+ and in reading prior posts it seems people are receiving a voucher prior to arrival. I haven't received one as of yet. When do they mail them? Arriving in 80 days, thanks for all your help!!

    Hi Sheila, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Panel!

    Disney's PhotoPass+ offers great value to capture many memories while on a Walt Disney World.  The pre-arrival offer makes this service even better.

    Guests who buy the PhotPass+ Pre-Arrival Offer should receive their vouchers in 1 to 2 weeks after ordering.
    With 80 days to go, you should not have any problems receiving your vouchers on time.

    There are 2 vouchers included in this offer.  One is to redeem your PhotoPass+ Card and Lanyard at any of the PhotoPass+ Service Centers located at all four theme parks, Downtown Disney and some Disney Deluxe Resorts.
    The other voucher or code is to order the cd with all your digital photos taken during your vacation - this voucher is better to leave at home.

    Once you get your PhotoPass+ Card, or any other PhotoPass Card, save a digital photo of the number / code located at the back of these cards - this allows to recover photos in case any card is lost.

    To make the most of service is good to make reservations at your favorite Character dining experiences included in this service.  Also, make sure to ask PhotoPass photographers, at each park, for some Magic Shots.
