Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Emilia! Congrats on getting ready to purchase your
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass! You’ll be flabbergasted how fast the AP will pay for itself between park hopping, discounts, free theme park parking, and more.
The good news is that yes, as an Annual Passholder, if there is an AP rate for the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel of your choice, you can book two rooms there at the AP rate. The bad news is that if your family wants two separate
Resort Hotels, you will only get the AP rate for the Resort that you are staying at. The other room will be at the regular hotel rate depending on what you choose. I wonder if your family can be swayed to all choose one hotel if it means savings?! You can always split your stay like I did with my besties over a week of fun. We started our journey at
Disney’s Pop Century Resort and after two nights, sent our bags with the bellhops to the
Disney's Contemporary Resort. Later that day when we finished up our rounds on Rockin’ Rollercoaster, we picked them up at the Bell stand and went to our room. Super easy. This way, you may be able to experience both hotels with your family and keep the AP rates for everything.
If there are any more AP insights I can assist with, such as the dedicated Annual Passholder touchpoints line, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
