Hi Mom's Panel! I am planning a trip for this fall and we will be taking our kids to the water parks at WDW for the first time. Can kids wear scuba masks on the slides at the water parks or is it just goggles?

    Welcome Danielle!

I am so happy you have brought your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We love to assist with planning magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Fall is one of my favorite times to visit. It is beautiful and the crowds tend to be just a bit lighter.

I called and spoke with a Cast Member at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and she informed me that you are allowed to bring masks into the Water Parks, but that there are restrictions to where you are allowed to wear them. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to wear them on the slides, in the attached pools, or in the Wave Pool.

I hope I have provided you with the information you were looking for, but if there is anything else I am able to assist you with, please send me another question. Have a wonderful time planning your fall vacation, Danielle!

    Magical Wishes,
