    Hi Panel Parents! I am leaving May 18 for Disney. Its 2 adults and 3 boys ages 5,3 & 2. I thought about the dining plan, but my mom has a season pass and my 2 yr old doesn't need a ticket (so no plan for him). I really want the dining plan! What to do?

    Hi Jessica,

    The Disney Dining Plan is a great way to save money. However, in your situation, it might not work for you. Here's why: The Dining Plan must be purchased as part of a Magic Your Way package which includes your resort room and park tickets. Since your mom already has a season pass, she doesn't need a ticket. If she is staying in your room, everyone in the room has to be on the same package. So, she could either buy an extra ticket (which is a waste of money), or unfortunately you won't be able to do the Dining Plan if she staying with you.
