Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so happy that you have a dining reservation at 'Ohana. It is one of my family's favorite restaurants!
First, if you have not done so already, try to link the dining confirmation number manually in My Disney Experience by going to My Reservations and Tickets and clicking on Link Dining Reservation. Or, if you do not have the confirmation number, you could call and speak to a cast member in dining at 407-939-1947. She or he may be able to assist. I would also suggest that you make sure the prior reservation has been cancelled. If all else fails, then try making the reservation again!
Be sure you allot enough time to get to your reservation, especially if you are not staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. Use the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to check estimated transit times to the resort. The app has a Get Directions Feature that you can use - just use the search tool to look up your location. Once you click on that location, a menu should appear that allows you to select Get Directions. Type in your second location, 'Ohana. The app will also provide transit options.
Ashley, if possible, arrive a few minutes early to check-in. Depending on the size of your party, you may be able to request a window table. The views are lovely!
