hi panel would it be ok to take a brave 4yr old on splash mountain thanks

    Hi Tina,

Splash Mountain is one of my favorite attractions in any of the Walt Disney World parks!  I can see why you want to take your little one on it; I couldn't wait until my boys were finally able to ride with me.

As long as your child is 40" tall, there is no reason that he/she cannot ride.  However, I strongly suggest making sure it's something your child really wants to try.  I made the mistake of taking my young son on Tower of Terror (another one of my favorite attractions) when he was quite young; he's now 11, and he will not go on that attraction with me.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
