When the member of your party purchased Park tickets, they should have received a confirmation number for that purchase. When you are logged into the
My Disney Experience application, there is a place to link tickets there. You'll see toward the bottom of the page, the different types of tickets you can select. The confirmation will resemble one of those choices if the Park tickets were purchased online directly from the Walt Disney World website. They will not link up to his MagicBand automatically.
If your party member made the purchase right on the Walt Disney World website and didn't receive a confirmation number for it, please give Walt Disney World ticketing a call at 407.939.7679 and explain what happened. They'll be able to assist you.
