Hi Brianna!

If you book a preferred room, you will receive a room in a preferred building. Now, whether or not you get a specific room is another story--if you requested room #xxxx. Those types of requests are a little more difficult.

For the record, I've never NOT had a room request met, but again, I'm very general in my requests (first floor, near the parking lot or bus stop, etc). I can't speak to the people that didn't receive their specific requests because I do not know exactly what they were.

Remember, paying for a preferred room does NOT guarantee all room requests, only that you'll be in a preferred building location (closer to food court, pool, etc).
