Hi panel! Luv ya'll! Coming over t'giving w/ dd24 and her ds4. She has just finished a grueling 6 mos of chemo. Any sugg. on something really special? Thanks, genie

    Hey Genie!
YAY!!! Give your Daughter a big ole Hug! Chemo is no fun, but it's worth it, and it sounds like she has a 4 year old that makes it really worth it! I'm happy that she made it through the 6 months. I know it's hard.
Lemme tell ya, they thought my husband wouldn't be with us after he was diagnosed with cancer for very long and next week he goes for his FIVE year check up. We hope to finally hear that amazing word "Remission"! We came to Disney to celebrate when he finished chemo and have been coming every year since!

Anyway, I've got some ideas for you!
Did you know that you could order a thirty minute photo session with one of Disney's photographers using one of the pretty Resorts as a backdrop? Call this number 407.934.4004 up to thirty days before to schedule. Y'all could get a gorgeous family photo to celebrate how beautiful she is!

When you arrive at most of the table service restaurants you can tell them that you are celebrating and they will have a pretty 6 inch chocolate or vanilla cake on hand to bring to your table.

If you check out DisneyFlorist.com they have some of the most beautiful displays that they can even make your resort rooms look pretty before you get there!

What about some Character Dining? Or sending her to a Spa treatment in one of the big Resorts? I like everyone getting matching Mickey ears with your names embroidered on them.

Y'all have a great time! And no matter what...you will! Because you will be in Disney World with your precious family and she will be feeling stronger every day....For the first time in months she won't have to think about Chemo all the time and it will be great!
