    Hi Moms Panel! I'm planning on visiting in August 2012 & was wondering how much of the Fantasyland expansion will be open by then (since I've read stages open in late 2012). I'm a big fan of Fantasyland so I can't wait to see what's new!

    Hi Raquel!

    Unfortunately, based on the latest schedule released on the Disney Parks Blog, not much of Fantasyland will be open by August 2012.  The re-themed Great-Goofini coaster, the train, and the new Double Dumbo attraction, may be the only things opened by August.  The new Little Mermaid attraction and the Beauty and the Beast restaurant may not open until after then.  However, Disney reserves the right to change the schedule at any time, so you never know!  Also, Disney usually opens an attraction for "soft openings" to work any kinks out before the official opening.
