Hello panel! While hope to hit Epcot and DHS in the same day. My question is what is the fastest way to get to DHS from Epcot. Is there any chance we can walk to there? Are we allowed to take the bus since we are staying off property? Thanks!

Hello, Paul!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

There are three different ways you can get to Disney's Hollywood Studios from Epcot.  Some may require more walking, but the end result is all the same.

    1.  If you find yourself in the Future World area of Epcot, simply exit the park's main gates and follow the signs to the bus pick-up area.  You will find a direct bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    2.  If you are in the World Showcase area, you can exit the park via the International Gateway.  This gateway is located between the England and France Pavilions.  Exit the gate and to your left, you will see a dock for the free Friendships boats.  They will make stops at the Boardwalk Resort, but the final destination is DHS.

    3.  You can also walk to DHS which is just about a mile away from Epcot. Simply exit the International Gateway, pass the boat dock and bear left.  You will pass the Boardwalk Hotel.  Simply follow the signs to DHS.

As far as I'm concerned, I would use this time to sit and relax for a few minutes and choose option #1 or #2. You will be doing enough walking once you get to DHS.  Oh, you can certainly take advantage of the transportation here at WDW.
