The Moms Panel has been so helpful as we prep for our 11-night, S. Caribbean Holiday Cruise! We can hardly wait the 2 weeks until departing 12/18! Will there be special activities on Christmas Eve or Day? Also, how many Formal Nights will there be? Thx!

    Hi Sandy,

Wow, I'm glad I got your question - you must be putting the final touches on packing!  This is sure to be a really special voyage.  It's unique to have the opportunity to sail on an 11-night Southern Caribbean voyage on DCL, but to get to do it over Christmas is simply magical!

It is fair to expect at least one formal night and one semi-formal night on voyages that are 7-nights or longer.  Since you are sailing over a special holiday - I would be prepared for Christmas to be a formal evening as well.  Typically there will be a special meal for this holiday dinner, and the suggested attire will probably reflect the tone of the evening.

Although the specific schedules and activities won't be available until you board - I would expect a lot of special surprises, such as special goodies, themed activities and probably even a visit from Santa.

    Have a fantastic voyage!
