Hi. Panel is so helpful. Planning a trip next year and I am torn between Poly and BC. Traveling with husband and 2 sons ages 4 & 11. I like Poly for the monorail and BC for pool and distance to Epcot. Which hotel would you recommend?

Hi, Jennifer!   Both the Beach Club and Polynesian are fantastic resorts.   You will be happy with whichever one you choose.   However, if I had to choose between the two, I would pick the Polynesian.   I love the views from the beach of the Magic Kingdom, the Electric Water Pageant on the lagoon in the evenings, and I just can't resist the tiki torches around the property each night!

While the pool at the Beach Club is, in my opinion, the very best on property, my family really enjoys the Volcano Pool at the Polynesian with its fun slide and kids splash area.   Also, we really like Captain Cooks, the counter service restaurant.   We like to grab a meal and eat outside.   From the Polynesian, you can walk to the Transportation and Ticket Center and take the monorail to Epcot, along with the taking the resort monorail directly to the Magic Kingdom.   You get some of the best transportation by staying at this resort.

Whatever you choose, enjoy yourself and have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
