    These panel is so helpful! We are planning our first trip and one day looks like rain. I read the other responses so I know the show will go on but am curious about shows - the day the rain is expected we are to attend Fantasmic. Thanks!

    Hi Erica!

         My son and I love Fantasmic in Hollywood Studios!  Typically, Fantasmic will be delayed if a large rainstorm is happen particularly if there is lightning in the area for the safety of the performers and guests because most of this show invovlves water and mist.  Often times the rain will clear up enough to run Fantasmic, but if it doesn't you will hear announcements on the loudspeaker system informing you of the status.  I have experienced both a delay and a cancellation of Fantasmic on my vacations before and one time we actually got to wait in the Beauty and the Beast Theater instead of waiting in the normal Fantasmic queue so that we wouldn't have to wait in the rain.

    I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is extra magical and that your Fantasmic viewing is rain free!
