Hello panel, you guys and gals are so helpful! My DD will be turning 11 on 8-7-11 and we are dining at O'hana that night. My ? is what else can make this dinner extra special. Thanks again!!!

    Hi Alicia,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  We're glad you're hEAR!

Disney World is a great place to celebrate! My family loves 'Ohana & we'll be celebrating birthday there soon too!

When you made your dining reservations, did you have them make a note that you'll be celebrating your daughter's birthday?  If not, call back and have them make a note of it.  They will be sure to recognize it for her during your meal.

The dessert that comes with your meal is AWESOME but you can also request a chocolate or vanilla 6-inch celebration cake when you arrive for your reservation. Current cost is $21.00 + tax (this price is subject to change without notice).

If you'd like a more specialized cake, specialty celebration cakes are available for an additional charge and should be ordered 48 hours in advance by calling (407) 827-2253. Advanced dining reservations are required.

How about a birthday delivery to your table? This can be arranged by contacting a Dream Maker with Disney Floral & Gifts. They have some amazing gifts that can be delivered to your resort, theme parks and some dining locations. Dream Makers are available to help you by calling 407-WDW-GIFT (407-939-4438) 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Depending on what time your dinner reservations are, you could end the night by watching Wishes from the beach at the Polynesian.

Wishing your daughter minnie magical birthday memories :-) Allison
