Hi Panel, You guys are awesome!! We are staying at AOA and have an 8:50a ADR at Trails End on Sunday of our visit. Can you reccommend the best way to get there and what time we should leave? Thanks so much!!!

Hi Christina! The Walt Disney World Moms Panel thinks guests who take the time to plan and ask us questions are awesome!

Traveling from resort to resort in the mornings can be a little tricky. Arriving on time for your reservation will be a bit cumbersome using Walt Disney World transportation. The best way to reach Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge would be to take a bus to one of the theme parks closest to your resort, Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios. From the park catch a bus to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. You should allow an about an hour and half to travel from Disney's Art of Animation Resort to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Once your arrive at the campground you will need to take an internal Fort Wilderness bus to Trail's End. Since regular WDW transportation does not start until one hour before park opening you will need to ride a special bus that shuttles guests to early morning breakfast reservations to the parks. Check with Concierge Services at your hotel to see what time character buses begin running to these Epcot or HS on the morning of your reservation. If this seems too time consuming or like too much bus riding, a taxi ride from resort to resort is much quicker, more direct and should not be expensive.

    Enjoy your breakfast!
