Hi moms panel! First visit to WDW coming up soon (whoo hoo)!! Are there fireworks every night at the Magic Kingdom? If so, can you advise what time they typically start? We are visiting during the Xmas holiday. Thank you!

    Hello, Khadijah,

A first trip to WDW is so wonderful!  And visiting over the holiday season is an even more magical experience.

Typically, there should be fireworks every evening during the month of December; however, some of the those evenings the park will be closed for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  Anyone is welcome to attend the party, but it is an additional ticket.  By the way, the tickets for this event are now available for purchase if you are interested in attending.

I looked over the December calendar from 2011 and found Wishes (the fireworks) was often at 8:00 pm during the week and 10:00 during the weekend.

Around the first part of June, the December calendars should be released. If you'd like to know the specific times for your trip, just send another question our way. We are happy to help.

    Happy planning!
