    Hello Mom's Panel. First time asking a question. Arrive in WDW on 10/23-26/2011, for a celebration with wife "Lucky 13th" Anniversary, staying at the Boardwalk Inn, Concierge Level. Can you swap season pass voucher for a Season Pass with Hotel Co

    Congrats on your upcoming anniversary AND trip to WDW!

    My family has had the pleasure of staying at the Boardwalk Inn in Concierge and it was spectacular! You'll love the charm of this resort as well as the amenities of the concierge level.

    You'll need to go to a Guest Relations location at one of the theme parks (or Downtown Disney) to exchange your voucher into an activated ticket. I did this just recently (for an annual pass) by going to Disney's Hollywood Studios which you'll be able to access via boat from the Boardwalk Inn. Just do so, after the morning rush of guests into the park and you'll have little wait. It took less than five minutes when I was there!
