Hello there panel!!! Going on our first Disney Cruise in June 2010. I was wondering what all do we have to tip for, and about how much. I am assuming dining services and for housekeeping...am I forgetting anything else?

    Hi Stacy,

Congratulations on booking your first Disney Cruise!  The standard tipping guidelines state that it is customary to tip your Dining Room Server, Dining Room Assistant Server, Dining Room Head Server and your Stateroom Host/Hostess.  The process is incredibly simple, envelopes will be provided to you for your use and the gratuities can be added to your shipboard account.

You can see the current tipping guidelines and recommend amounts by clicking HERE.

I will add one note of caution: any bar, beverage, wine and deck service tabs will have a 15 percent gratuity automatically included, along with another "gratuity" line for you to fill in when signing for your purchase.  I have on more than one occasion double tipped (although I'll admit the service is generally worthy of it).

    Hope this helps!
