Hi Leslie,
Both are correct, actually. On many of the nights during your stay the Magic Kingdom is closing early (7:00 PM) for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. This fun event requires a separate ticket to attend. Guests are able to ride attractions with very little wait time, enjoy hot cocoa & cookies, participate in character dance parties, and enjoy other special surprises -- it even snows on Main Street. There is a special parade and fireworks display on these nights.
So, even though you don't see fireworks listed on November 28, 30 or December 2, 3, there will be a display. Even if you're not a party guest, you can watch the fireworks from a nearby resort. Try making reservations at 'Ohana and then watching them from either inside the restaurant or outside on the beach. This also might be a fun night to take a
Pirate & Pals Fireworks Cruise.
As for the parade. You can see both the parade (8:00 PM) & fireworks (9:00 PM)from inside the park on November 29. Illuminations in Epcot can be seen nightly at 9:30 PM.
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
