Hello Panel. My family and I just purchased annual premium passes but was told by a freind that these passes are paper. Is there any way to keep these passes safe from water, ect. What happens if we lose one or it gets destroyed?

    Hey Jennifer!

Congratulations on purchasing Premium Annual Passes! How very exciting!

The product the tickets are made of may look and feel like paper, but it's actually called Tyvek.  It's a durable, waterproof material.  Our family has found the "paper" tickets to be quite durable.  Ours have been to water parks, through the washing machine, and everywhere else imaginable!

If you do happen to lose or damage your ticket, simply visit any Guest Relations or ticketing window to have it replaced.  You'll need to provide a photo ID  for verification purposes.  We've lost quite a few Annual Passes in our time and never had an issue getting a replacement.

Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have.

    Have a magical day, Jennifer!
