Hi panel!!!! We are DVC members, but never thought to ask, can we get a cot in our room? We will be staying at animal kingdom with two kids in November. I know they have cots, but can we get them in DVC rooms? Also, is there an extra charge? Thanks!!!

Hi Rebecca, and a big welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel from a fellow Canadian!

I am so happy to hEAR you have an upcoming visit at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. Whether you are staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House or Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village

Unfortunately Rebecca, I am afraid to advice that no type of cots or roll-away beds are permitted at either Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House or Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. Therefore, if you are staying in a Deluxe Studio or Value Studio, your room will sleep up to 4 adults, with a queen bed and double-size sleeper sofa.

If you are staying in a 1-Bedroom Value Villa, your room will also sleep up to 4 adults, with a king bed and double-size sleeper sofa. If you are staying in one of the regular 1-Bedroom Villas at Jambo House, your room will sleep up to 5 adults, with a king bed, double-size sleeper sofa and a twin-size sleeper chair. The 1-Bedroom Villas at Kidani Village also sleep up to 5 guests, with a king bed, queen-size sleeper sofa and twin-size sleeper chair.

The 2 Bedroom Villas will sleep between 8-9 adults, with a variety of different different bedding arrangements, and the 3-Bedroom Grand Villas will sleep up to 12 with a king bed, four queen beds, and one queen-size sleeper sofa.

Rebecca, hopefully the room configurations and sleeping arrangements for whichever accommodation you have booked will still work for your travel party. Should you have any other questions as you continue to plan your upcoming Disney vacation, please send them our way, as we would love to hEAR from you again!

    Magically Yours,

    Trish
