Hi Jolene,
Glad to know you are busy planning a vacation for next fall. It is a beautiful time of the year to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Two must see experiences await you. In Epcot, you can experience the flavors and music of the world in
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. And Mickey and his friends get ready to trick or treat in
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Say tuned for exact dates.
Mickey is always trying to help our budgets with some amazing
Special Offers. Even though in years past he offered us a free Disney Dining Plan during the fall, only he knows what he has in store. "Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future..." as Master Yoda puts it. In the past, you would get the Disney Dining Plan when booking a Moderate resort, however you were not able to downgrade it. You may want to book a Value resort, or look at upgrading to Deluxe Dining Plan, which will give you the flexibility to choose between Quick-Service and Table-Service options.
One last tip: remember to book your dining reservations as early as 180 days ahead. You can always adjust your plans later, but this is necessary for some very popular experiences like
Cinderella's Royal Table. Visit the
Walt Disney World restaurants and reservations page or download the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Happy planning!
Ricardo.
