Hello Panel. My daughter and I are coming in Feb 2014 - first time for both of us. I am wondering what we do with our things while we are on the rides - purses, drink cups etc. Is there a safe place for us to put them while we ride?

Hi Hillary!  You would not believe how much stuff I bring with me to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.  Luckily, my daughter is little enough where we still bring a stroller with us and I stash all of my stuff in there.  I can't imagine the day when we don't bring a stroller and I actually have to carry all of my belongings. Ha!

You will find that each of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks have lockers for daily rental usage.  If you think you are going to be bringing quite a bit of stuff with you and you are going to spend long days at the parks, you might want to consider it.

If you choose not to rent a locker, you can simply carry your belongings on all of the attractions with you.  Several rides have a storage compartment right in front of you for loose items and you can put your bags down by your feet.  I suggest bringing a backpack instead of a purse.  It can hold drinks, souvenirs and all of your essentials for the day.

    Have a fabulous time!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
