    Hello panel! I am confused because I have been told different info by different people. If I spend 2 days at AKL room only, and then 6 nights at POFQ with a package, can I pick up my park tickets the day (or 2) before I check into POFQ? Thank you so much!

    Hello, Kirsten!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    I am so sorry to hear about all the confusion, but hopefully we can finally get you an answer.  You will not be able to pick-up any Walt Disney World tickets with your two day stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. This is due to the fact that you only booked a room stay.  On the day of your check-in at Disney's Port Orleans-French Quarter, you will receive your Keys to the World which will include your theme park tickets. Your room may not be ready until 3:00 p.m., but you are more than welcome to check-in early in order to receive your items so you can get to the parks.  Bell Services will take care of your luggage incase your room is not ready.   In short, you will not be able to pick-up any tickets a day or 2 before until your check-in date at POFQ.
