    HI PANEL! I've been comming across free dining promos for NOV and DEC 2013, I think they are just for international guests at this time? Is that correct? And do you think US guests will eventually recieve this offer also if we can't 'apply' it right now?

    Hi Shawna,

    The free dining promotions for late 2013 are for United Kingdom guests booking with VirginHolidays. International guests often have to plan far in advance as they typically travel to the United States on lengthy visits.

    Last year free dining offers were released in August for select dates between October 1 - December 17, 2011 for the general public.

    There's no way to predict if this offer will be released again next year. Typically, I book our WDW vacation before promotions are released so that my first choice resort is available. Then, if/when a discount is released, I'll call and have my reservation modified to include the special offer.
