Hi Amanda. Assuming you truly did purchase a Magic Your Way ticket with the No Expiration option, these tickets and any remaining days will be good no matter when you use them. Here is a link that highlights each of the features available with these tickets. Without this feature, the tickets would expire within 14 days after first use. Its possible that the one-year feedback you received may have been in connection with Annual Passes that are also available for purchase. These are often good for one year from date of first use.
