Hi Mom's panel, I am coming to Disney World in December with my daughter, husband and grandson who will turn 5 while we are there! My question is at the Garden Grill breakfast, is the meal served family style and do you know the cost of the breakfast?

Hi Dana, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so excited about breakfast with Chip 'n' Dale at The Garden Grill restaurant at Epcot! We were able to get a reservation in November for this brand new experience. My son adores those crafty chipmunks, so he's already counting down the days.

All meals at The Garden Grill are served family-style, so your food is brought to you in large serving bowls, allowing you to serve yourself. And if you want more of something, just ask! The family-style-service is all-you-care-to-eat, and your server will be happy to bring you seconds (or thirds) of whatever you like.

As with the other family-style and buffet meals at Walt Disney World, the cost varies depending on the season and day of the week. I've had success calling Disney Dining and asking a Cast Member for the exact price our meal will be on the day of our visit.

I hope this helps you plan a grand celebration for your grandson's big day, Dana! Please come see us again if you have any more questions.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
