Hi Moms Panel! My boyfriend and I will be traveling to Disney the first week of May 2016. This will be his first trip! My question is which resort should we stay at- we are torn between the Little Mermaid room at AoA or POFQ. Help! They both look amazing.

Hi Sarah! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question.
This is a difficult question! You are considering two of my favorite Disney Resort Hotels. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is just adorable. A beautiful place, perfect for families, with very nice decorated rooms. Many places for pictures and absolutely my favorite swimming pool!
However, as you are traveling with your boyfriend, I encourage you to stay at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort French Quarter, a romantic and intimate hotel. Because of its smaller size and area, every room location is easily accessible. Downtown Disney is very close, so you could go to many great restaurants, bars and stores to have fun with your boyfriend. I am sure you will have an unforgettable moment! If you want some extra information about this specific hotel, you can check at Disney’s official website, or at portorleans.org, where you will see pictures, videos and forums.
Come back to visit us again soon.
    Have a wonderful day!
