    Hi panel you all are beyond GREAT! Me & BF booking the Poly, my ? is when trying to get a specifically requested room/building is it better to arrive on a Friday or Saturday? Are the checkins lighter/easier on either day? Thanks for all your answers

    Hi Kristi - I don't think the arrival date matters too much, as long as you put the request in at least 4 days, and preferably 10 days in advance.  Room assignments are not done at check-in - they are done several days before by the inventory/back office department.

    To make a room request, call the hotel directly and ask for the back office or room assignment department.  Keep in mind that while the hotel will try to honor your request, requests are not guaranteed.
