Hello panel! We just got back from a great trip to DW. The problem: my son was a "jedi-in-training" at the Jedi Training Academy at Hollywood Studios, but I can not access the photos anywhere through the Photo Pass system. Any ideas of where to g

    Hi Cheryl!
My son just loved the Jedi Training Academy at the Hollywood Studios!  Normally the PhotoPass Photographer who is taking pictures of the Jedi Training Academy puts the entire show session on one PhotoPass Card and then the Photographer gives the group PhotoPass number to the parents after the show.  Then the parents go to the Darkroom on Hollywood Boulevard (the Camera Store)about an hour or two after the show to pick out the photos that contain the pictures of their children from the rest of the group. The PhotoPass Cast Members then add them to the parents PhotoPass Card.

It sounds like you did not get this done on the same day of the Jedi Training Academy, but there may still be a way to retrieve these photos.  I cannot guarantee that this will work, but you can contact Disney PhotoPass support team via the Contact Us link found at the bottom of www.Disney PhotoPass.com, by email at wdw.photo.imaging@disneyworld.com or by phone at 1-407-560-4300 (from 9 am - 1 pm EST, voicemail other times).   You will need to have the date and time of your son's Jedi Training Academy session ready to give them and hopefully the pictures are still there and they can retrieve them for you.

I hope that the Force is with you on your quest for for your son's Jedi Training Academy pictures!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
