Hi Panel! Arriving 10/31 with 11 yo daughter. MNSSHP sold out! Any other "spooky" or holiday-type events around WDW? We want to wear our costumes! Staying at the Poly. Thanks!

Oh Debbie, I am sorry you weren't able to get tickets for this great party in the Magic Kingdom. Perhaps you can try for another night close to the 31st.

In the past there has also been a great opportunity for guests to enjoy Halloween fun in Downtown Disney.  Please click HERE and scroll down to the end to read about what happened in 2009. For the most part the schedule should be close to this for 2010. Costumes would be welcome and there will be trick or treating as well as fun activities and entertainment.

Another possible option would be in Fort Wilderness. This is a Halloween location and there will be trick or treating throughout the campgrounds. Costumes again would be welcome and many of the campers will have plenty of treats to go around.  We will actually be there ourselves and will have a bowl of treats for those that come by even though we will be in the Magic Kingdom.  Many sites will be decorated with incredible special effects.  We are novice to this as this is our first year in the sites but our motor coach is packed and ready to display our halloween football decorations!

The Boardwalk also has had some activities going on during Halloween. Some resorts have special activities but that is best to check on that when you arrive.

I am sure you can find fun and treats on Halloween at Walt Disney World this year! Pack those costumes and be ready for a magical time!
