    Hello Panel! We have an ADR at California Grill for our upcoming trip. It will be our first time there. My 12 year old loves sushi and doesn't have a large appetite. We are on the dining plan, would he be able to get sushi as his entree? Thanks!

    Hello Christy, thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I love the California Grill and I think you will too! For dessert, the Chocolate Pudding Cake is amazing.  If you like chocolate, you've got to try it. 

    Restaurants, for the most part, are great about making adjustments especially for kids while on the Disney Dining Plan. Your son should have no problem ordering sushi as his entree.  Be sure to let your server know you all are on the Disney Dining Plan before he figures up the bill so there is no confusion.  My daughter is a picky eater and often times she picks a few items off of the "sides menu" to have as her meal and it works out fine.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
